Delete your Sapphira account and all associated data
You have the right to request deletion of your Sapphira account and all associated personal and financial data at any time. This page lets you submit that request.
Submit a request
You are not signed in. To request deletion, you can either:
- Sign in and use the self-service deletion option above, or
- Contact us with your account email and we will process the request for you.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and display preferences.
- Budgets, stewardship plans, transactions, and categorization rules.
- Debts, savings goals, giving goals, investment accounts, and annual/seasonal expense plans.
- Family Plan household members and children's stewardship plans and savings goals.
- Connected bank links (Plaid) and stored push notification subscriptions.
- Prayer journal entries and donations logged in the app.
